About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ2013A is a low power linear regulator that powers systems with high voltage batteries. Features a wide 2.5V to 40V input range, low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current. Low quiescent current and low dropout voltage allow operation at very low power levels. This makes the MPQ2013A ideal for low-power microcontrollers and battery-powered equipment. MPQ2013A offers a variety of fixed output voltage options (if required): 1.8V, 1.9V, 2.3V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.45V, 5.0V, and also provides an adjustable output option (1.215V to 15V). The regulator's output current is internally limited, protecting the device from short circuits, overloads, and overtemperature conditions. The MPQ2013A also includes thermal shutdown and current-limit fault protection and is available in QFN-6 (2mm x 2mm) and QFN-8 (3mm x 3mm) packages.
