About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ3426 is a 6A, 90mΩ current-mode step-up converter with an internal switch that provides a fast-response, high-efficiency regulator. The MPQ3426 has a programmable frequency up to 2MHz, allowing easy filtering and noise reduction. An external compensation pin allows the user flexibility in setting loop dynamics and uses a small, low-ESR ceramic output capacitor. Soft-start reduces inrush current and is programmable with an external capacitor. The MPQ3426 operates with input voltages as low as 3.2V and can generate outputs up to 35V. MPQ3426 features include undervoltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection. The MPQ3426 is available in a low-profile 14-pin 3mm × 4mm QFN package with exposed pad.
