About This Product

■Summary

The MP3320A is a 4-channel, self-adapting charge pump RGB LED driver that operates over a wide input voltage (VIN) range of 1.8V to 5.5V. Each channel can reach a maximum current of 51mA and a maximum output voltage (VOUT) of 5.5V. The MP3320A integrates a digital interface with up to 16 configurable digital interface addresses via external resistors. Each channel can be enabled or disabled through the digital interface. The MP3320A employs both independent pulse width modulation (PWM) and analog dimming for each LED channel, as well as 10-bit PWM dimming and 8-bit analog dimming for each channel. A phase shift is also integrated during PWM dimming to reduce inrush current and eliminate audible noise. To ensure system reliability, MP3320A integrates rich protections such as LED open protection, LED short circuit protection, overvoltage protection (OVP), and overtemperature protection. The MP3320A is available in a QFN-14 (2mm x 2mm) package.
