About This Product

■Summary

The MPC22167-130 is a dual-phase, non-isolated, high efficiency step-down power module. Integrates driver MOSFETs (DrMOS) and inductors for high efficiency and small footprint, making them ideal for server applications. MPC22167-130 has two independent outputs and can be used separately or in parallel. It can deliver up to 130A (65A/phase) of output current (IOUTx) over a wide input voltage (VIN) range. The MPC22167-130 offers many features that simplify system design. The device works with a tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal controller to monitor inductor current (IL) with Accu-SenseTM current sensing and report junction temperature (TJ) with temperature sensing. MPC22167-130 is available in an LGA-72 (9mm x 9.9mm x 7.65mm) package.
