About This Product

■Summary

The MP86934 is a monolithic half-bridge with an internal power MOSFET and gate driver. Achieves 25A continuous output current over a wide input supply range. Integration of the driver and MOSFET results in high efficiency due to optimal dead time and reduced parasitic inductance. This extremely small 3mm x 4mm FC-TQFN device can operate from 100kHz to 2MHz. This device operates with a tri-state output controller. It also has general-purpose current detection and temperature detection functions. The MP86934 is ideal for server and communications applications where efficiency and small size are important.
