About This Product

■Summary

The MP86957 is a monolithic half-bridge with integrated power MOSFETs and gate drivers. Achieves 70A continuous output current over a wide input supply range. The MP86957 is a monolithic IC approach that can drive up to 70A per phase. Integration of the driver and MOSFETs provides high efficiency through optimal dead time and reduced parasitic inductance. This small 5mm x 6mm LGA device can operate from 100kHz to 3MHz. The MP86957 offers many features to simplify system design. The device operates via a controller with tri-state PWM signals. It also comes with Accu-SenseTM current sensing to monitor inductor current and temperature sensing to report junction temperature. The MP86957 is ideal for server applications where efficiency and small size are paramount.
