About This Product

■Summary

The MP86920 is a monolithic half-bridge driver with internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. Delivers up to 20A continuous output current (IOUT) over a wide input voltage (VIN) range. Integrated drivers and MOSFETs achieve high efficiency by optimizing dead time and reducing parasitic inductance. The device works in conjunction with a tri-state output controller and operates between 100kHz and 2MHz. It also has general-purpose current detection and temperature detection functions. The device is suitable for server communication applications where efficiency and small size are important. The MP86920 is available in an LGA-27 (4mm x 5mm) package.
