About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ7920 is a complete power management solution that integrates four high-efficiency step-downs, a DC/DC converter, five low-dropout regulators, and a flexible logic interface. Constant on-time control of the DC/DC converter provides fast transient response. Adjustable switching frequency (up to 2.75MHz) during continuous conduction mode (CCM) significantly reduces external inductor and capacitor values. Extensive protection features include undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown. The output voltage can be adjusted through the I2C bus or preset by multi-time programmable (MTP) memory. The on/off sequence can be configured via MTP or controlled via I2C bus online. The MPQ7920 requires a minimal number of external components and is available in a space-saving QFN-26 (3.5mm x 4.5mm) package with wettable flanks. This part is AEC-Q100 qualified.
