About This Product

■Summary

MPM3695-10 is a scalable, ultra-thin, fully integrated power module with PMBus interface. It provides a complete power solution with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input voltage range and up to 10A of output current. The device has a height of 2 mm and can be placed on the back of the PCB to optimize space. It operates with high efficiency over a wide load range and can be paralleled to deliver higher currents. MPS' unique multiphase constant on-time (MCOT) control provides the MPM3695-10 with ultra-fast transient response and simple loop compensation. The PMBus interface allows monitoring of key parameters and configurability of the module. Extensive protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and overtemperature protection (OTP). The MPM3695-10 requires a minimal number of off-the-shelf external components and is available in an LGA-45 (8mm x 8mm x 2mm) package.
