About This Product

■Summary

The MP3432 is a 600kHz, fixed frequency, wide input range, highly integrated step-up converter. The MP3432 starts from an input voltage as low as 2.7V, integrates a low RDS (ON) power MOSFET, and supports up to 30W load power from a 1-cell battery. The MP3432 employs constant off-time (COT) control for fast transient response. MODE supports selection of pulse-skipping mode (PSM), forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM), and ultrasonic mode (USM) under light load conditions. Programmable switching peak current limit provides accurate overload protection. The high-side MOSFET also eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. Protection features include programmable input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overtemperature protection (OTP). The MP3432 is available in a QFN-13 (3mm x 4mm) package.
