About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ2143H is a monolithic step-down switch-mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It has excellent load and line regulation and delivers up to 3A continuous output current with input voltages from 2.5V to 5.5V. Output voltage is adjustable as low as 0.6V. Constant on-time control scheme provides fast transient response and facilitates loop stabilization. Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MPQ2143H is available in a small QFN-10 package and requires a minimum of standard, off-the-shelf external components. The MPQ2143H is ideal for a wide range of applications including high-performance DSPs, FPGAs, and portable equipment.

・Wide operating input range from 2.5V to 5.5V ・Low output voltage of 0.6V ・100% duty cycle on dropout ・Maximum 3A output current ・Built-in 80mΩ and 40mΩ power MOSFET - 2.0MHz switching frequency by default ・EN and power good for power supply sequencing ・Cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection ・Automatic discharge when power is off ・Short circuit protection with hiccup mode ・Stabilized by low ESR output ceramic capacitor ・Provided in QFN-10 (2mm x 3mm) package
