・This is a needle detection machine made for the purpose of detecting the needles of sewn products with clothing accessories attached.
- Sensitivity can be switched to 6 levels, and can be used for a wide range of purposes, from small broken needles to regular gusseted needles.

Features
■This is a highly sensitive conveyor-type needle detector designed to detect broken needles and remaining needles in sewn products such as metal buttons and zippers that are attached to clothing accessories (NC compatible products).
■Can detect iron balls with a minimum diameter of 0.8Φ.The highest detection sensitivity can detect a 0.8Φ iron ball at any position within the gate.

■The large digital sensitivity display allows the meter reading sensitivity to be accurately understood even when a manager or shipper is present from a distance.The setting sensitivity in the conventional ATTER-M08 series was displayed only by numbers 1 to 6 on the sensitivity selector switch. ATTER-M08Ⅱ displays the iron ball equivalent sensitivity as a digital value, which corresponds to the number on the sensitivity selector switch. When the sensitivity selector switch is set to "6", a 0.8Φ iron ball will be detected, so the digital sensitivity display will be "0.8".

■Detection sensitivity is switchable in 6 levels.・Set the detection sensitivity to a level that does not detect clothing items such as zippers and metal buttons. The size of the broken needle that can be detected is converted into a cue ball, and 6 levels can be selected using the SENSITVITY (sensitivity selector switch). The number of the sensitivity selector switch and the size of the iron ball to be detected are designed to be 6 = 0.8Φ, 5 = 1.0Φ, 4 = 1.2Φ, 3 = 1.5Φ, 2 = 1.8Φ, 1 = 2.0Φ. If set to "5", anything larger than 1.0Φ will be detected, but 0.8Φ will not be detected. If the sensitivity setting is a continuously variable type like a volume, there may be differences depending on the person setting it, or there may be differences when turning it clockwise and turning it counterclockwise. ATTER-M08Ⅱ uses a 1 to 6 changeover switch system, allowing for stable, high-quality meter reading without individual differences in fine adjustments.
・It is also possible to inspect the contents of aluminum-deposited bags.
- All operating modes can be easily operated with a single knob.
