About This Product

This is a needle detection machine made for the purpose of detecting the needles of sewn products with clothing accessories attached. By installing two detection units with different angles, the influence of the direction of the needle is reduced. In addition to the conventional 6-position sensitivity, it comes standard with 3 automatically set positions and a free sensitivity (my sensitivity, such as the middle of the 6-positions), so it can be used for a wide range of purposes, from broken needles to regular gusseted needles. It is suitable for inspecting large quantities of thick products, has good work efficiency, and eliminates individual differences among inspection workers.

■Dedicated software makes it possible to manage devices on your own computer.・Equipped with a LAN port as standard
By connecting directly to a computer or to your workplace network, you can use dedicated software (sold separately) to monitor operating status, check setting status, change some settings (sensitivity selection, belt reversal, automatic belt return), and read, save, and clear history.

・Can also manage multiple ATTER-900LC series

■Up to 50,000 meter reading history items can be displayed and a search function is included.・Up to 50,000 history display
The number of history records has increased significantly from the previous maximum of 1,000 records. Up to 50,000 data items such as power ON, belt start/stop, sensitivity change, detection operation, etc. are displayed on the LCD screen, and beyond that, new data is added while automatically pushing out the oldest data.

・You can search history
You can now search your history by specifying a date.

・You can import history to your computer using dedicated software.
You can import historical data to your computer using separately sold management software.

■Visibility has been improved by adopting a color touch panel. Various displays and settings are possible・You can easily perform the following operations
Sensitivity selection, free sensitivity setting, belt movement (reverse), belt automatic return, time setting, password change, language switching, product number selection/registration, operating time display, mode switching (inspection/inspection/test/monitor/measurement), device information confirmation, counter setting (optional), history display/search/clear

・You can check the sensitivity, belt operation settings, level display each time a product passes, daily operating time (inspection mode), etc. on the screen.

・When the needle is detected, you will be notified by buzzer, lamp, and screen display.
