About This Product

A concerto of colors and textures enriches the expression of the city. The stamped concrete construction method ``Bomanite'' was developed in 1953 by American Dr. Bowman as a surface finishing method that creates beautiful colors and patterns on the concrete surface, hence the name ``Bomanite.'' It has been over 30 years since we first introduced this stamped concrete construction method to Japan. It has been used in a variety of situations as a low-cost concrete pavement with a high design quality. This construction method is called stamped concrete or designed concrete, and by applying a variety of patterns and colors during concrete pouring, the plain concrete is reborn with the texture of natural stone or wood. As the main material is concrete, it is a landscape paving material that offers great advantages in terms of cost and construction, and it provides a unique and memorable look to commercial facilities, parks, theme parks, nursing care facilities, and other urban spaces where people gather, as well as to diversifying lifestyles. Features

■Freedom of design

・A rich variety of patterns including stone-like, brick-like, wood-grain, and graphics. -More than 20 standard colors from chic to bright colors. - Can be used freely on curved or uneven road surfaces. ・The texture after construction is good, and the more time passes, the more it matches the surrounding environment. - Also supports original patterns and colors that match the designer's design. (Separate cost will apply.)

■Excellent workability and economy

・A wide range of construction is possible in a short period of time (average construction area is over 100m2/day) ・Since concrete is the main material, it is lower cost than natural stone or tiles, and has the same texture.

■High strength/high functionality

・Demonstrates superior strength compared to blocks and bricks, and can accommodate heavy vehicles - Due to the integrated structure, there is no frost heaving that occurs in cold regions. ・Abrasion resistance approximately 1.5 to 2 times that of regular concrete due to color hardener (special pigment) (Experimental data from Building Materials Testing Center) ・Excellent dust resistance
