About This Product

■Features

- Same effect as carbon nozzle. ・Apply it to the nozzle in advance to prevent welding spatter from adhering to the nozzle. ・Excellent wettability and permeability to prevent spatter adhesion for long periods of time. - Contains no chlorinated solvents. ・One-touch spray type and quick drying. Works well and can be applied locally without dripping. ・The film is hard and has excellent adhesion, with a film hardness of 3H. ・Can be used for low current and high current. ・Specified scientific substances and PRTR are not applicable.

■How to use

・Please check the direction of the aerosol nozzle before use. ・Be careful not to apply too much preventive liquid. ・Spray on the tip of the nozzle and the inner and outer surfaces for 1 to 2 seconds. ・Do not use for anything other than nozzles, tips, and jigs.

■Precautions for use

・Spray on welding nozzles, tips, and jigs. ・Please shake the container well before use. ・Apply evenly from a distance of 10cm to 15cm from the surface to be applied. ・After spraying, check that the oil has dried before starting work. ・If there is oil, dust, etc. on the surface to be applied, please clean it before spraying.
