■Summary

Midas Metal is an ``innovative'' coating technology that can be called a metal skin that goes beyond the concept of painting. Midas Metal is a coating technology that makes use of the unevenness of any object to express the unique textures of metal, such as the appearance and feel of metal. More than 90% of the surface coated with Midas Metal is metal itself, so not only the color but also the feel and hardness are exactly like metal. Midas Metal, like metals, oxidizes over time. It is also possible to polish it again. It is possible to apply and finish the edge of the base material and curved surfaces. The basic finish is a wax finish, and a clear coating can also be applied to the surface. Application methods include: 1) Spray application, 2) Roller or brush application, and 3) Trowel application. Let the surface dry for at least 12 hours and then polish the surface to create a metallic finish. Also, if you use an aging agent after polishing, the surface will change color just like metal, creating a color unique to the metal used.
