■SummaryThis is a method of coloring concrete by directly kneading Bayferox inorganic pigments into it. Finishes to choose from

■Product/construction precautions・When dropping into a mixer truck, add colored powder (pigment) between the concrete and concrete.
・If stirring with a mixer truck, stir at low speed for about 1 minute → then at medium-high speed for about 4 minutes (5 minutes in total)
・Red is strong and yellow is weak. White also has the characteristic of not being pure white.
・At 3%, there is little slump loss, but yellow is the color with the most loss.
・There will always be uneven color. (Even within a mixer truck, it may change from car to car or batch to batch)
・In order to eliminate uneven joints, put the remaining fresh concrete at the bottom.
-Efflorescence may be noticeable depending on the color.
- If you use a light color, tire marks will be more noticeable.
- Be sure to protect buildings, etc., as it cannot be removed if it scatters.
・When washing, please be careful about water treatment.
・Please increase the number of finishing operations more than usual. Prevents efflorescence and efflorescence.
