■The mold is heated at a constant temperature by the worker.

The mold is supplied by the operator and heated to a constant temperature in a heater tunnel. The heated mold is placed on an inclined conveyor and begins the filling process.

■Processes that are unlikely to produce defects

For filling, lipstick is poured into the mold at a stable flow rate from a filling hopper that is filled to a certain amount.

■ Preventing “sink marks” on the top surface

To prevent sink marks on the top surface, the top surface is heated by a far-infrared heater in the cooling section, and the lipstick mold is cooled and formed in the water-cooled conveyor section.
