About This Product

■Product description

・Molding equipment equipped with a hybrid actuator that enables electric hydraulic control ・It is possible to change the molding method and perform multi-step molding. ・We have improved the disadvantages of conventional hydraulic press machines, and updated the operating feel so that various molding conditions can be controlled with a touch panel.

■Features overview

A feature of the hybrid press machine is that the pressure of the load cell is used to control the rod of the hydraulic cylinder. In addition, since the rod can be controlled by position, press pressure can be controlled over a wide range from low-pressure presses to high-pressure presses with "one hydraulic cylinder." Even though it is hydraulic, it enables numerical control similar to servo. It prevents overshoot that can occur when compressing powder and allows air to be removed efficiently, contributing to improved productivity and higher yields. Furthermore, in order to be able to handle various powder types even though it is a mass-produced machine, we have three types of pre-forming patterns available, so it can be used to reduce risks in the process from the development stage to production. ■Reduction of hydraulic tank

It is now 1/30th the size of the previous model. Changes in oil viscosity caused by long-term continuous operation are also eliminated.

■Reproduce servo operation

Although it is hydraulic, it has realized servo-like operation. By combining conventional position control and load cell feedback control, the factory has more stable quality.

■Eco design

Electricity consumption due to conventional continuous motor operation is also significantly reduced. Eco-friendly design.
