About This Product

■Introducing the industry's fastest homogenizer, which boasts a circumferential speed of 31 m/s, to all product lineups

Vacuum emulsifier (homogenizing mixer) from Netch Bakmix Netch Bakmix has its headquarters and factory in Weyhe-Dreye, near Bremen in northern Germany, and manufactures and sells vacuum emulsification equipment for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, toothpaste, foods, chemicals, batteries, electronic materials, and film raw materials. All of our product lineups are equipped with homogenizers that boast the industry's highest peripheral speed of 31 m/s, and are characterized by high pulverization, dispersion, and emulsification capabilities, as well as excellent CIP cleaning capabilities. It is a high-performance mixer that can significantly shorten the process by dispersing difficult-to-disperse preparations such as emulsions, suspensions, and slurries, and can be expected to have benefits that exceed the investment, such as reductions in production costs and labor costs.

■Introduction example

■HM series

The HM series is the most standard type of netch mix mixer. All wetted parts are made of high-grade steel SUS316L, and a jacketed tank supports heating/cooling. A water-type vacuum pump can perform deaeration and defoaming, and it can also be pressurized (nitrogen, air). We have a wide product lineup ranging from 2L laboratory machines to 10 ton production machines.
