About This Product

■Functional dispersion overview

A dispersion of functional pigments or fillers into fine particles.In a broad sense, it refers to a fine particle dispersion that has some kind of function such as anti-glare, antifouling, or concealing properties, but at TOKUSHIKI, we specifically refer to dispersions with more specific functions as functional dispersions. Here we will introduce "near-infrared transparent black dispersion" and "UV transparent black dispersion" that selectively transmit light with specific wavelengths, "conductive carbon black dispersion" and "insulating carbon black dispersion" that disperse carbon with conductive and insulating properties, and developed products in which fillers with unique properties are dispersed.

■Functional dispersion features

・TOKUSHIKI's functional dispersion liquid is uniformly dispersed and has excellent stability over time. ・TOKUSHIKI's functional dispersions can be formulated with a high degree of freedom, and can be used in a variety of fields such as electronic materials, inks, paints, and industrial materials, and can be customized according to the application.

■Barium titanate dispersion (development product)

・TOKUSHIKI has developed a barium titanate dispersion containing barium titanate, which is expected to have higher transparency than titanium oxide and a higher refractive index than zirconium oxide. ・Because we use barium titanate produced using a hydrothermal method, the primary particles are extremely fine and have a uniform shape, resulting in a very sharp particle size distribution as a dispersion. ・TOKUSHIKI's barium titanate dispersion has high transparency and low viscosity in both water and solvent systems, making it excellent in handling. ・Introducing a dispersion liquid with a high content of high refractive index filler (4 times that of our company) while improving transparency, which has been an issue up until now.
