About This Product

■Features

・The needle material is a seamless pipe made of titanium alloy DAT51 (Ti-22V-4AL). -Beta titanium has superior corrosion resistance compared to SUS material, and is non-magnetic and difficult to bend. ・The inner surface roughness is finished with ≧0.1μm (Ra 0.1), so there is little internal resistance and excellent liquid drainage. -The needle body material is pure titanium, and the standard needle length is 13mm. ・Please consider the excellent features of β-titanium by combining it with a precision-cut main body. ・We can manufacture according to your requests such as SUS material, needle length, tip shape, optional processing, etc. ・The β titanium needles listed in this table can be ordered in units of one.
