About This Product

■Features

A rich lineup of effective stage areas ranging from 100mm square to 300mm square. ・Solar simulator: All models meet JIS C8912 class A-A-A. ・Measurement system: Highly accurate and high resolution voltage/current generation and voltage/current measurement is possible with one unit. It also works as an electronic load. ・Temperature control unit: Using a Peltier element, the temperature of the solar cell can be controlled with high precision, allowing testing based on JIS (25℃). ・Measurement software: Measures the IV characteristics of solar cells and automatically calculates [JIS C8913] parameters.
