About This Product

■WOS drain processor requires no power supply and is easy to install. Prevents clogging of drains due to oil etc. and scattering of drain water.

OMEGA AIR's oil-water separator for drain water treatment requires no power supply, so it can be easily installed anywhere. This product is suitable for treating drain water generated in areas where there is no wastewater treatment line nearby, where there are no side gutters nearby, or where the building is on the second floor or higher. Polypropylene fibers and activated carbon filters remove oil to less than 5 ppm, preventing oil from clogging drains and scattering drain water.

Compressed air systems used in factories and manufacturing sites are used for a variety of purposes. However, the condensate water discharged from this system (a mixture of water and oil from the compressed air) can compromise environmental regulations and equipment safety if not properly disposed of. Introducing Omega Air's WOS series drain processor.

■Easy installation with no electricity required

The WOS series can process drain water without using electricity, so it can be installed anywhere. The compact design makes it easy to install even in places where it is difficult to secure a power supply.

■Reliable filtration performance with double layer structure

Drain water is first passed through a polypropylene filter to remove any oil. The activated carbon filter then adsorbs fine oil particles, which are then safely discharged from the outlet. This double-layer filtration structure is designed to keep the amount of residual oil at the outlet below 5ppm. This allows processing to meet environmental standards.

■Water quality test kit included

The WOS series comes with a water quality test kit, allowing you to easily check the water quality after treatment. This makes it easier to maintain appropriate processing conditions at all times.
