■LINCOLN tail seal grease supply device is highly durable and easy to maintain, making it ideal for shield work in harsh work environments.

Shield machines with limited installation space require high durability and easy maintenance. The LINCOLN tail seal grease supply equipment provided by our company is manufactured to the optimum condition according to the specifications required by customers based on our extensive experience and delivery track record. LINCOLN pump products have an easy-maintenance structure suitable for use at shield construction sites in harsh environments, and the air motor can be easily maintained on-site by anyone with a single hex wrench. LINCOLN pumps are designed with strong carbon steel material to withstand long-term use in high-pressure environments to pump tail seal grease, which is a highly viscous liquid. Unlike products made from cheaper materials, LINCOLN pumps can be maintained and used repeatedly at the next site. Additionally, since we have sales and service bases in countries around the world, prompt service is guaranteed even for customers who are expanding globally. The tail seal grease supply device consists of an air-driven tail seal grease pump for supply, an automatic ball valve for supply control, piping materials, an air compressor, a control device, etc., and is a device that supplies the optimal amount of tail seal grease according to the digging speed of the shield machine. LINCOLN's automatic feed pumps can handle a variety of high viscosity liquids, including not only grease but also sealers, adhesives, and printing press inks.
