Free loan of demo machine. Automatic lubrication device that does not require power or compressed air. Automate grease lubrication to save labor and reduce costs. Pulsarlube M type is an automatic lubrication device that can automate lubrication at low cost and compactly. By forming an appropriate lubricating oil film on bearings, it is possible to extend the life of equipment, reduce the number of unexpected problems that occur, and contribute to labor savings.
The Pulsarlube M type can distribute high working pressure to up to eight locations (up to 6m each), automates greasing through centralized lubrication, and minimizes access to dangerous locations such as high places and closed spaces. It has a built-in piston pump that intermittently delivers a precise amount at preset intervals, making it possible to form an optimal lubricating oil film for the bearings, which can also be expected to improve equipment durability and reduce the need for emergency response.
Motor pump type allows for lubrication with accurate amount of grease. The high-performance LCD screen not only allows you to configure settings between refueling machines, but also displays the status of the equipment, such as the number of days until refueling ends and the number of days since a problem occurred. When an abnormality occurs, the LED will flash. With a high discharge pressure of up to 6MPa, remote installation up to a maximum of 10m and multiple lubrication at up to 8 locations are possible. The main unit can be used repeatedly, so running costs can be reduced.

By combining the Pulsar Lube M type with the multi-installation kit, remote and split greasing is possible. The kit includes everything necessary for installation, such as fittings, distribution valves, and tubes.

The service pack is a maintenance replacement kit that includes a dedicated grease pack, a dedicated battery pack, and a dust cover. Any brand of grease can be used.
