About This Product

■Demo machine availableSingle-point automatic refueling device that can be managed and operated remotely. Visualize and streamline the lubrication status, contributing to smart technology.  The Pulsar Lube BT type uses a motor-driven reciprocating pump system to accurately discharge grease and maintain suitable lubrication for bearings. Using Bluetooth, you can remotely check the remaining grease level and malfunction information, change the usage setting period, and perform operations such as forced discharge.

■Features- Dispense a small amount of grease periodically (0.34ml/time at any timing)
・Detects defects such as running out of grease and clogging, and outputs abnormalities
・One unit can distribute oil to 2 to 8 locations (multi kit required)
・Remote installation up to 6m
・Specified grease can be used (please consult us)
・Remote management and operation using smartphones and tablets
- Information can be shared by uploading data to a cloud server (server usage fee is included in the device itself)

This is an automatic refueling device that can be remotely controlled and status monitored via Bluetooth. Battery-powered, there is no need for primary power wiring. By downloading a dedicated app, you can remotely check the remaining amount of lubricant, the scheduled date of the next replacement, and information on malfunctions (grease not being discharged, grease depletion, battery depletion), as well as operations such as changing the amount of lubricant and forced discharge in case of an emergency.

The collected equipment information can be downloaded to a PC through the automatic refueling equipment's dedicated cloud.
