About This Product

■Introducing predictive maintenance for lubrication at low cost.By remotely visualizing malfunctions in automatic lubrication equipment, lack of grease, etc., it contributes to improving machine durability and saving labor.

Pulsar Blink is a lubrication system that realizes lubrication automation and IoT at low cost. By combining an automatic lubrication system with a built-in battery-powered piston pump with a dedicated gateway, it is a compact automatic lubrication system that does not require any wiring work, but it is also a system that can constantly monitor the automatic lubrication system and recognize abnormalities such as malfunctions and running out of grease from a remote location and quickly respond to them. The standard model allows lubrication management and remote operation using the AWS cloud, but even if there are restrictions on cloud usage, it also supports on-premises operation, which eliminates information security concerns and internal network restrictions at the same time. Additionally, running costs associated with external cloud operations can be reduced, leading to improved system availability.
