About This Product
The KE type turbo blower, the 700 type and 1000 type in this series, are standardized turbo blowers with each static pressure. The discharge diameter is 3B to 8B (700 type) and 4B to 12B (1000 type), and the air volume is 5 m3/min to 130 m3/min. Since both static pressure and air volume are available over a wide range, it is possible to smoothly select the specifications that match the equipment and rationalize the design. The discharge and suction flanges use JIS 5kg/m2 and are painted Munsell 7.5BG6/1.5.

■Structure
・The impeller has a structure in which steel plates are joined by rippet or welding.
・The balance of the impeller is carefully adjusted using a balancing machine to minimize vibration.
■Casing
In order to efficiently exhaust the sucked air, we select the most suitable material for each part, and then use a plate thickness that ensures sufficient strength for the application and specifications, creating a structure that does not easily generate vibration or distortion during operation.
■Main shaft
・Generally, carbon steel is used, precision machined, and the design takes safety factors into consideration.
・The bearing part normally uses a grease-lubricated ball bearing. (As an option, we can also manufacture an oil bath type.)
