About This Product

■Product contents

・Effective use of cooling water in the factory. Prevents temperature rise within the factory without discharging heat to the outside. ・There is no external heat exhaust like with compressor type coolers for panels, suppressing temperature rise. - Cooling water in the factory (circulated water, etc.) can be used to cool control panels, etc.

■Circulation cooling system using cooling tower

This is a circulation cooling system used to cool molds and welding machines, and uses the heat of vaporization to radiate heat outdoors. Even in summer, the water temperature is maintained at around 30℃.

■Circulation cooling system using chiller

This is a system that cools air conditioning and equipment using cooling water obtained from an air conditioning chiller. This system provides lower cooling water temperatures.

■Reducing failure frequency

Appropriate temperature management within the control panel is possible, reducing the frequency of failures to approximately 1/10 compared to before introduction.

■Working environment improvement effect

Since there is no exhaust heat to the outside, the temperature inside the factory does not rise, reducing power consumption for factory air conditioning and reducing the perceived temperature of workers by approximately 5°C.
