About This Product

■SummaryRoot respiration is said to have a major influence on the healthy growth of plants. MIJ-03 soil oxygen sensor detects the oxygen concentration in soil in % order. Normally, multiple sensors are buried vertically at intervals of several tens of centimeters and used to measure vertical oxygen profiles, but it is also possible to install one at a time in the case of flower pots, etc.

■Features・Soil oxygen concentration can be measured continuously over a long period of time
・Even if the area around the sensor is saturated with rainwater, it can be mechanically output as a gas-phase equivalent value of dissolved oxygen.
・Span calibration can be performed at atmospheric oxygen concentration (20.9%), zero calibration is not required
- No electricity required, so no need to worry about external power supply
