About This Product

■Summary

APN30 pressure controller is an automatic pressure controller controlled by RS232C or sequencer. APN30 combines an AVD/AVH/AVR. series throttle valve and a vacuum gauge, and by automatically controlling the pumping speed of the vacuum pump, the chamber pressure can be controlled independently. A computer or sequencer is required to operate the APN30. Also, please use ±15VDC for the power supply. The local function allows you to manually open and close valves even during the process, which is convenient without stopping communication. All controls, including PID, are digitally processed. In addition, the compact black box unit can be installed using the dead space of the equipment. AVD/AVH/AVR. series throttle valves are available in diameters from 1 inch to 12 inches, and in various variations such as self-heating type and wing type, and all have simple mechanisms and reliable designs.
