About This Product

■Summary

The large diameter throttle valve wing series was developed as an exhaust system throttling valve for large displacement processes. Although it has a large diameter, by having multiple wings, the piping space when fully opened can be omitted, and the conductance can be tripled compared to a butterfly type with the same diameter. When fully closed, the wings overlap each other, resulting in the lowest conductance. In addition, the wing drive mechanism is simple, does not use wires, and there are no gas pockets. The number of wings varies depending on the diameter, but you can choose according to your application, such as two wings that utilize the dead space of the exhaust duct or one that has a completely flat downstream side. This allows wing valves, gate valves, and turbomolecular pumps to be stacked on top of each other without a conversion adapter, resulting in significant space savings. Controllers are available in APN30 cabinet type and RS series valve integrated type.

■Features

・Simple structure: The structure emphasizes maintainability and reliability, and there is no gas accumulation. ・Space saving: No piping is required for full opening, and the wing valve itself can be configured with its own thickness (30-50mm). ・Wide dynamic range Minimum conductance is achieved by overlapping the wings when fully closed. ・Uniform exhaust effect The symmetrical wing movement provides a uniform exhaust effect over the entire area. ・Two types for convenient installation: RS type: Controller integrated type AVR type: Space-saving controller separated type ・The upper part of the flapper uses the dead space of the exhaust duct ・The bottom side of the flapper is completely flat. ・Mount directly to gate valve or turbomolecular pump ・Automatic pressure control or opening control with APN30 controller ・Automatic pressure control or opening control with built-in RS controller ・Simple DD drive system with an emphasis on maintainability
