About This Product

■Summary

This valve is an automatic pressure control system designed with an O-ring installed around the throttle valve so that the conductance is extremely close to zero when the valve is fully closed. For a normal throttle valve, the upper limit of control pressure is determined by the pump's exhaust performance, the gap between the valves (minimum conductance), and the amount of gas introduced. This valve allows you to raise the upper limit of control pressure without increasing the gas volume. In addition, by appropriately controlling the opening degree of the valve, it can also function as a slow exhaust valve from atmospheric pressure. NOTE: The purpose of this valve is to bring the minimum conductance for pressure control as close to zero as possible. However, it does not guarantee complete sealing when fully closed.
