About This Product

■Summary

The AVD/AVR throttle valve is used in conjunction with a separate APN30 control unit. Therefore, the overall size can be reduced with a simple structure consisting of only the valve and motor assembly. The 1 to 6 inch valves are the single valve AVD series, and the 6 to 20 inch valves are the AVR series wing valves with a split valve structure. Valve standards can be selected from JIS, ISO, ICF, etc.

・Valve size: 6 to 20 inches ・Controller separated type (APN30 controller used) ・Valve non-heating type ・Valve: Wing type, 4 pieces/6 pieces

■Features

・Regardless of the valve size, only about 50mm of piping space is required even when fully open. ・Structure that does not require valve storage space when fully open ・Although the diameter is large, minimum conductance is achieved by overlapping the wings when fully closed. ・Simple structure, no gas accumulation ・Because the controller is placed separately, space outside the piping is further saved.

・Space-saving and free installation ・Can be controlled by both RS232C and sequence ・Can switch between pressure control and opening control during the process - Valve opening and closing can be interrupted locally during control. ・Digital PID
