About This Product

■SummaryThe RSNH series automatic pressure control system is an integrated pumping speed control system that incorporates electronic circuits such as digital PID, microprocessor, drive circuit, and communication function in the throttle valve. All operations can be performed via RS-232 communication, and pressure control and throttle valve opening can be controlled by the host CPU on the device side. The CPU also operates the various parameters and valve opening/closing required for these controls.

Manual operation is also possible, so valves can be opened and closed without relaying to the CPU during equipment startup or maintenance. For devices that do not have an RS232 communication function, settings can be made using an external analog voltage. The valve uses a direct drive mechanism, which has a simple structure and fewer parts, improving reliability. The types of valves are JIS, ISO, etc., and the sizes range from 1 inch to 4 inches.The valve body has a built-in heater and can heat up to 160℃.
