About This Product

■Summary

This is a construction method originally developed by Orientec that is simple and can maintain the value of a building without damaging its aesthetic appearance. This masking cap fits any exterior wall, so there is no need to replace the tiles. This eliminates the unnatural appearance and allows you to maintain the beautiful exterior walls.

■Characteristics of Super MC method 1

・No need to replace the tiles. Fits perfectly into the hole drilled with the Super Drill. ・If it is a 4-minute anchor, the manufacturer does not matter. It can be used regardless of the outer diameter. ・The depth of the anchor during construction does not matter. Depth adjustment is also easy with a dedicated adjuster. *Depending on the depth of the anchor, a custom-made adjuster may be required.

■Characteristics of Super MC method 2

-Easy installation by just tapping with a plastic hammer.Special adjuster fits snugly to the anchor. *If the anchor is inserted diagonally, the neck part may break if you tap it forcibly. Please be sure to read the work procedure manual while performing construction. ・New structure "Flexible neck" The neck part of the cap is flush with the wall due to the flexible type. - Paint with excellent weather resistance The paint with excellent weather resistance is colored to match the color of the tile. * Made of silicone acrylic. Upon request, we can also ship the product without painting.

■Please be careful

・The MC cap has two types of cap diameter: φ16 type and φ18 type. Please choose according to the size of the anchor. - If you force the MC cap with a hammer, etc., the neck part may break or the paint may peel off. Please be sure to read the work procedure manual carefully before starting construction. ・Please choose a weather-resistant sealant to inject around the anchor.
