About This Product

It is a self-powered regulating valve that releases excess pressure due to load fluctuations and maintains constant pressure in equipment and piping, and is a type of high-performance relief valve. For example, when a pump is operated continuously, the discharge side pressure changes due to load fluctuations, but by installing an MD-14 type primary pressure regulating valve in the bypass circuit and releasing excessive pressure, the discharge pressure can be adjusted to a constant level. It can also be used as a relief valve for pressure tanks and piping.

・Used as a pump relief valve. The structure takes into account hunting and vibration, ensuring stable operation. - Can be used as a relief valve for pressure tanks, piping, etc. ・Because it uses a piston-type balanced structure, there is minimal change in blowout pressure due to fluctuations in back pressure. ・Maintenance is easy as internal inspection can be done by disassembling from the top side. -MD-14CN type has a rust-resistant nylon coating.
