The old and new documents Word version works as a plug-in for Microsoft Word.

■Two tasks to support

- Load new and old documents and generate old and new comparison table ・Create a new document while reading the original document and generating a comparison table between the old and new documents. ■Creation of “old and new comparison table”

Load the old and new files and create a "new/old comparison table". We clearly indicate changes such as "amendments," "additions," and "deletions" to indicate changes to documents (terms and conditions, etc.) submitted to government agencies and to business partners/customers. In addition, the corrected areas are displayed in color for easy understanding.

■PDF comparison

You can import PDF files exported from Word. You can compare PDF-PDF and PDF-Word. (Depending on PDFs and PDF formats generated by other software, comparisons may not be possible. Also, headers, footers, tables, figures, etc. may not be comparable or the displayed results may be distorted.)

■Display differences in words

You can switch to display differences in words. You can switch between character units and word units using the switching settings. [Conventional] New: Hulinks Co., Ltd. / Old: Argographics Co., Ltd. You can create a new document by reading the original document and generating a comparison table between the old and new documents. When the final document is output after the correction is completed, the original columns will be maintained.
