About This Product

QTCAD (Quantum Technology CAD) is a finite element simulator for predicting the performance of spin qubits before manufacturing. Predicting performance can save you significant time and money, and allows you to explore more designs than traditional methods. QTCAD uses nonlinear Poisson, Schrödinger, and many-body solvers in calculating the envelope function and the energy level of electrons or holes confined in nanostructures within the framework of k·p theory.
