About This Product

■Features

TRB (TKXRINGBUFF) whetstone is a whetstone with TKX's unique structure that has a rubber elastic layer and general whetstone characteristics.It is a product that takes advantage of the elasticity of emery buffing and abrasive cloth and overcomes drawbacks such as non-durability, dust, and uneven grinding power. This TRB grindstone consists of a grinding wheel body held in rubber and an elastic core wheel.The thick elastic layer allows the grinding wheel to conform to the workpiece material, widening the grinding contact area and achieving high grinding performance. At the same time, it is a groundbreaking whetstone that enables a uniform and finely finished surface. Compatible steel material

■It is effective in constant pressure grinding of steel materials in surface grinding and cylindrical grinding.

■Precautions for use

・It is dangerous to rotate TRB too fast for efficiency reasons. Be sure to use the product at a speed below the maximum circumferential speed indicated. Operating peripheral speed range: 1,800m/min~2,700m/min (30~45m/sec) ・Make sure the core wheel and ring buff fit perfectly. Also, please check the balance when installing. Before use, let the product idle for at least 1 minute, and if there is abnormal runout or vibration, do not use it. ・When in use, allow the TRB rotation speed to reach the normal rotation speed before use, and even after use, do not turn off the switch while applying load pressure and stop without a load. ・Attach an appropriate safety cover and be sure to wear dust-proof goggles and a dust-proof mask. Also, do not allow your body to come into direct contact with the rotating whetstone. - Piano wire is used as the ring reinforcement, so do not fold the TRB in half or bend it beyond the reinforcing material's recovery limit. - If abnormal shaking or vibration occurs during use, a part of the TRB may be extremely worn. In that case, do not use it. ・In the case of wet grinding, if you want to stop midway through the process, make sure to shake off the grinding fluid by idling before stopping the rotation. - Do not stand in the direction of rotation of the TRB during test runs and machining. ・Do not perform grinding work using the side surface of the ring buff. ・The guarantee period for rubber strength is 3 years from the inspection date when stored in a dark room at room temperature. (The quality guarantee period for the whetstone is written on the inspection slip.) - Can be used in both wet and dry methods, but oil-based coolant may attack the rubber component. Please use with water-based coolant.
