・Measurement principle: Dissolved oxygen reduction measurement method at 20℃ for 5 days (simplified JIS K0102 21., DO measurement: acidic indigo carmine absorption spectrophotometry). ・Measurement range: Varies depending on the number of dilution steps and dilution ratio. ・Number of measurements: 30 times as DO measurements. ・Contents: Digital Pack Test Dissolved Oxygen, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Meter Refill Ampoule (30 bottles), Inorganic Nutrient Solution R1/R2, 6 Glass Culture Bottles, Instruction Manual (with example measurement results and data sheet). ・Conditions: Inoculate the bacteria appropriately, dilute the sample water appropriately, and control the temperature of the sample water.
