■Summary

- Corrosion resistance of multilayer nickel plating is determined by measuring the electrochemical potential difference between each layer that appears during electrolytic nickel plating. - You can easily graph potential changes on the computer screen and use the waveform analysis function to easily obtain the potential difference between each layer. ・It is also possible to measure the thickness of each layer of nickel plating separately. By using this device in conjunction with our electrolytic plating thickness measuring device such as the TH-11 model, it is possible to measure the corrosion resistance of multilayer nickel plating, which cannot be measured with an electrolytic plating thickness measuring device alone. Using an electrolytic plating thickness measuring device, we sample the electrochemical potential that appears when electrolyzing the object to be measured, import it into a computer, create a graph of the temporal change in potential on the computer screen, and use that graph to determine the potential difference between each layer of nickel plating, which is the basis for determining corrosion resistance.

・Can measure up to 4 layers of multilayer nickel plating. ・Measurements will be made using the dedicated PC software ``Messho Tori ED'' (this software runs on 32-bit versions of Windows XP, Vista, and 7).

■Main functions of “Messho Tori ED”

-Measurement functions (electrochemical potential sampling, graph creation, and graph analysis). Using the graph analysis function, you can obtain measured values ​​without tedious conversion calculations. ・Data management function. Display, save, read, search, and print measurement result data. ・Create CSV file of measurement result data list. The created CSV file can be freely viewed and edited using commercially available spreadsheet software.
