■Applications

Bias cotton buffs can be applied to a wide range of buffing operations, from manual polishing and automatic rough polishing to final polishing.

■Features

A buff with a thickness of 12 to 16 mm made by bias-cutting cotton cloth, narrowed to create many pleats, and fixed in the center with metal fittings. The number of cotton fabrics is 16 ply, and the more pleats there are, the higher the rigidity, and it is graded into five levels: M-0, 2, 4, 6, and 8, ranging from softness equivalent to loose cotton buffing to hardness equivalent to spiral cotton buffing. In the polishing process, M-4 to 8 are used for rough and medium polishing, and M-0 to 2 are used for final polishing.
