■Applications

Electroplating, electroless plating, hot-dip galvanizing, cationic electrodeposition coating, printed circuit boards, alumite, storage batteries, name plates, pickling, wastewater treatment for steel, etc.

■Features

1. Suppresses poor aggregation caused by chelate components such as EDTA, amines, and gluconic acid, and improves the transparency of treated water. 2. It insolubilizes pollutants in wastewater with its strong flocculation promoting ability, but this agent does not turn into sludge, so no excess sludge is generated. 3. Since inorganic coagulation aids (ferric chloride, calcium chloride, slaked lime, PAC, sulfuric acid, etc.) can be significantly reduced or eliminated, a significant reduction in the amount of sludge can be expected. 4. By reducing the amount of calcium-based coagulation aids, problems such as clogging of pipes and sticking to pumps can be suppressed. 5. Carryover (flow of flocs) can be suppressed, greatly reducing the burden on sand filtration and biological treatment. 6. Due to the synergistic effect when used in combination with special polymer PolyWonder, cohesiveness and dehydration properties are greatly improved. 7.By blending with Metal Catch "SR-MW Series", you can expect to reduce trace amounts of heavy metals. 8. It has an emulsion breaker effect for oil-containing wastewater.
