About This Product

■Product overview

CPR-110 can quickly and safely decompose hydrogen peroxide from used chemical polishing fluids. Furthermore, compared to normal reducing agent treatment, the amount used is significantly lower, resulting in lower processing costs.

■Applications

・As a hydrogen peroxide decomposer for chemical polishing waste liquid. - Treatment of peroxide water components of hydrogen peroxide/sulfuric acid soft etching waste liquid.

■Features

・Since hydrogen peroxide can be decomposed as an acidic waste liquid, it can be safely processed without the heat caused by neutralization. ・Compared to conventional reducing agent treatment, the amount added is significantly smaller. ・Since there is no heat generation or odor when added, it is safe and environmentally friendly. ・Processing costs are lower than conventional reducing agent processing. ・Since residual hydrogen peroxide in the waste liquid is decomposed, floating flocs do not occur during the neutralization process.

■Precautions for use

・When treating high-concentration hydrogen peroxide waste liquid, be careful of abnormal decomposition of hydrogen peroxide (foaming and heat generation). - If a trace amount of hydrogen peroxide remains (approximately 0.01%), decompose it with a reducing agent.

■Handling precautions

・Please wear gloves and safety glasses when working. ・CPR-110 does not fall under the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law. ・Be sure to close the lid of the container when storing. ・When storing, please store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. ・Please be sure to refer to the SDS and instructions for use before use.
