About This Product

■Product overview

A baking-type coating treatment agent for high rust prevention.

■Applications

Chrome-free highly corrosion-resistant coating agent.

■Features

・Does not contain heavy metals such as hexavalent chromium. ・High corrosion resistance: Red rust occurs for more than 2,000 hours. (Salt spray test [JIS: Z-2371]) ・Reduces liquid puddle defects. ・Excellent scratch and corrosion resistance. ・There is no need to worry about hydrogen embrittlement. - Baking temperature is lower than conventional coating treatment containing hexavalent chromium. -Friction coefficient can be adjusted depending on the type of finishing treatment (METAS YC-T).

■Base coat: Metas YC-B

・Baking temperature: 260℃. ・Baking time: 30 minutes.

■Finishing treatment: Metas YC-T

・Drying temperature: 80~150℃. ・Drying time: 10 minutes. *Processing conditions vary depending on the shape of the processed product and processing equipment.
