A clear type top coat treatment agent that achieves stable high corrosion resistance and friction coefficient.

■Applications

Top coat treatment agent.

■Features

・A water-based top coat that does not contain heavy metals such as hexavalent chromium or rare earths. - Compatible with both Dip/Spin and spray processing. ・Achieves stable and high corrosion resistance. - Reduces poor fitting due to liquid accumulation. ・A stable overall friction coefficient can be obtained. ・Can be processed in the drying process. ・By applying trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment, interference colors can be erased and a glossy, uniform appearance can be obtained.

■Bath preparation conditions

Uses Lubras C24 stock solution.

■How to build a bath:

1. Remove dirt from inside the tank and keep it clean. 2. Shake the Lubras C24 container well and then pour it into the tank. 3. Stir for about 2 to 3 minutes to make the ingredients in the processing solution uniform.

■Terms of use

・Drying temperature (standard): 100℃. ・Drying time (standard): 10min. *Stir for 2 to 3 minutes before processing to make the ingredients in the processing solution uniform.

■Supply conditions

Lubras C24 stock solution supply. *Replenish an appropriate amount of ion exchange water as necessary.
