■Product overview

Dip Sole's Hynic Process IZ-250Y is a zinc-nickel alloy plating method using an alkaline non-cyanide bath. It has excellent uniform electrodeposition and covering power, and can produce a film with a uniform alloy composition with a nickel eutectoid rate of 12-18% (standard 15%). The plating has a metallic luster, and its corrosion resistance in high-temperature environments is the best among zinc-based alloy platings.

・Excellent uniform electrodeposition with alkaline non-cyanide bath. ・It has the highest corrosion resistance among zinc-nickel alloy platings. (4 to 5 times more corrosion resistance than zinc plating) ・Bath management is easy. ・Excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion in high-temperature environments. ・Trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment (colored/black) that complies with ELV and RoHS regulations is possible.
