■Product overview

Dip Sole's Anic Process IZ-262 is a zinc-nickel alloy plating method using an alkaline non-cyanide bath. It has excellent uniform electrodeposition and covering power, and can produce a film with a uniform alloy composition with a nickel eutectoid ratio of 5 to 8%. It is a glossy film with excellent heat and corrosion resistance, and its corrosion resistance in high-temperature environments is the best among zinc alloy platings.

・Alkaline non-cyanide type plating bath. - Trivalent chromium chemical conversion coating treatment that complies with ELV and RoHS regulations is possible. - Chromate-treated products with a plating thickness of 3 microns have corrosion resistance of over 2,000 hours before red rust appears in a salt spray test. ・Excellent corrosion resistance even in high temperature atmospheres. ・Uniformity of alloy composition and excellent throwing power. ・An insoluble auxiliary anode can be used.
